Welcome
Mallory Mayhew to the St. Francis DeSales Girls
Lacrosse team. Mallory, a Syracuse, new York native,
joins the St. Francis DeSales Girls Lacrosse team
this year as head Varsity coach. She earned her
varsity letter playing lacrosse at The Ohio State
University from 2005-2009. While at Ohio State,
Mallory earned both academic and athletic honors,
including the 2009 Big-Ten Sportsmanship Award.
She will be graduating with a degree in Textiles
and Clothing and Interior Design in December 2009.
Mallory is looking forward to coaching lacrosse
for the Stallions come spring.

Bennett |

Coach |
| Don
Bennett is in his second year of coaching with the
DeSales Varsity Girls Lacrosse Team. He earned varsity
letters playing lacrosse at the Ohio State University
from 1967-1969, serving as co-captain in 1969. Don
served as a Graduate Assistant coach to the OSU
Varsity Lacrosse team in 1970 while he completed
his studies in the College of Pharmacy. He played
for the Columbus Lacrosse Club through 1975. Don
has coached youth basketball and soccer, including
serving as the head coach for 8th grade girls' basketball
for St. Paul Parish since 1990. |

Finotti |

| Joe
Finotti is an Ohio native growing up in the Cleveland
area. The Air Force brought him to the Columbus
area and he retired from active duty Air Force in
2009 after 25 years of service. He has a BS from
Charleston Southern University and a MS from Embry
Riddle Aeronautical University. Joe has completed
all Instruction/Training for Level 1 and Level 2
US Lacrosse Coaching Certifications. He's been involved
with the St Paul Parish Girls Lacrosse Program since
the program started in 2008 as a coach and currently
as the girls' lacrosse commissioner. Joe has coached
soccer, lacrosse, football, and adult intramural
softball. |

Rachel
Hawes

JV/Varsity coach |
| Rachel,
a Baltimore Maryland native, joins the St. Francis
DeSales Girls Lacrosse team this year as an assistant
JV/Varsity coach. She was a three-time letter winner
as a midfielder for the Women's Lacrosse team at
The Ohio State University, playing from 2005-2009.
While at Ohio State, Rachel earned both academic
and athletic honors. She will be graduating with
a Bachelor's of Schience degree in March 2010. Rachel
is looking forward to assisting the Stallions this
2010 season. |
